hold on

i've been asked this question
in email and person
more times than enough
and it's taken me this long
to come up with some responce

people are calling for
unconditional ceasefire now
as u can sign a petetion
on stopwar.org.uk
as i did
while blair and bush
"allow" the attacks to go on
"until we have a plan"

this is an epedimic
people
fight fire with fire
since when has this worked
but its hard to say
immediate ceasefire
do as we say
not as we do?
hypocracy at its finest
in this democracy
we supposidly are fighting
to spread such freedom
around the world

who says we are right
who says i am right
no one
but it is our responsibility
to take notice
to be informed
to take a stand
for what we believe in
turning a blind eye
is no longer a choice

below is a flick i found on u tube
what a brilliant invention that
not for the weak at heart
however, powerful and punching
all at the same time...

be brave
watch it
stay informed
sending all the love i can muster
into the universe with this
my little website, blog
i believe in the light
i have hope
and faith

light beats dark
without fail
time and time
again
hold on

peace to all ya'll

From Maya Angelou:
“History, despite its wrenching pain,
cannot be unlived, but if faced with courage,
need not be lived again.”
