re: hail to the cheifs

my professor harvey mindess
brought humor to the dull
and dreary world of psychology
and published that little ditty
in the American Psychologist of 05/75
it's in his book 'makers of psychology'

funny little man
full of stories
and so much insight
knew jung and rodgers too
one his pupil, one gave him tools
to deal with a current situation
he was facing as a young lad
w/ his newborn daughter in Zurich
while in a pickle

so much i can learn from this man
who brought humor to the field
my god -- a matching of the universes
for me today in a random workshop
i put the poem on the site
because i find it hillarious
on many levels

hopefully just about anyone
with psychology 1
can get the gist
and chuckle as i did
along with this funny master
of the field we call
psychotherapy

off to see an old friend
i haven't seen in ages
a glass of wine
some cheer
then 2 bed
4 this punk

got 2 wake up in the morn'
and spend another day
with the funny little man
