wierd huh

all this just came together
when my lil bro, the frat
took mama to church
on mother's day

mama saw portia tuma
and immediatly knew
she hated me riding in portia's mom's car
she drove like a maniac
price saw the ex's family
portia had the most annoying laugh...
it's strange how the pieces connect

we went out for less than a month
i'd say two weeks max
i remember we exchanged gifts
i spent a month's allowance
on some fancy necklace
she gave me a ut t-shirt
we broke up days after

i'm pretty sure i broke up with her
because i thought i had a chance at lindsay
i remember the day after we broke up
she came up to me, classes pre-braces 10 years old
showed me the necklace she was wearing
not mine
and said at least i can wear this and be proud
i still don't know what exactly that meant

i wonder what would have happened had
that relationship lasted
and megan and i gotten married
